Booking Terms for Morocco Mosaic Tours

These terms explain how booking requests work for a Marrakech tour operator that confirms all bookings directly by WhatsApp or email.

Booking requests

Sending a request does not confirm a tour. We confirm availability, pickup details, and timing directly with you.

Payments

No payment is taken on this website. Any payment instructions are shared only after availability is checked and the booking is confirmed.

Prices and booking channels

Prices marked “Tripadvisor from” are indicative starting prices in US dollars per adult, checked on 6 October 2026. The current price, available options and final total are shown by Tripadvisor before checkout. Direct WhatsApp or email bookings receive a separate written quote before payment.

Changes and cancellations

For bookings made through Tripadvisor, the tour listings checked on 6 October 2026 offer a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts, using the experience’s local time. Check the cancellation terms shown for your selected option at checkout and use the booking platform to request cancellation.

For direct bookings made by WhatsApp or email, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts, using the tour’s local time in Morocco. Send your cancellation request to booking@moroccomosaictours.com or WhatsApp +212 633 257 678 and include your booking reference. For cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show, a full refund is not guaranteed; request the applicable conditions before payment.

Tour timing, inclusions, and pickup arrangements can change because of weather, road conditions, or supplier availability.

Third-party services

Some tours rely on external providers such as drivers, camps, guides, or activity partners. Their own terms may also apply.
